Located near the idyllic fishing village of Gunwalloe on the Lizard peninsula and affording breathtaking views all around, we can offer you a unique experience.

Despite the peace and tranquility we offer in abundance, the imposing Cornish cliffs are nearby. The Inn was built around 500 years ago and is steeped in smuggling history, with the unforgiving coastline claiming many shipwrecks through the years...

We have an enclosed courtyard area to the rear with tables facing the surrounding fields and our tables in front facing the ocean. There are a number of dining areas including cosy nooks, a lively bar area, a separate dining room and a self contained family room.

With an enviable award-winning reputation for the freshest real Cornish food, our daily changing menu offers something for everyone. Food is at the heart of why we were named "Cornwall Dining Pub of the Year" in 2001 & 2005. Great local produce and an experienced kitchen team will produce the best the locale has to offer.
